This delicious Keto pom and cream jello is nutrition packed with vitamin C and healthy fats. And it is perfect dessert for paleo, low carb, sugar, grain and gluten free dieter

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix the water with the gelatin in a bowl until smooth.
  • Heat up the coconut milk over medium heat in a saucepan.
  • Stir the gelatin mixture into the pan.
  • Add the rose water and sweetener and then stir in the pomegranates seeds for a few seconds
  • Pour the gelatin mixture into a greased jello mold or silicone mold.
  • Refrigerate the gelatin for two hours.
  • Serve and enjoy Pom and Cream Jello.

Paleo Version: Use 2 tablespoon raw honey in place of stevia powder extract
